Omaha, NE - It's the cell phone video on YouTube that has all of New York, as well as the NFL talking.

Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul carrying former Nebraska Husker defensive back Prince Amukamara over his shoulder then dropping him in a bucket of ice water as other players hoot and holler encouragement.  Amukamara says it's the eighth time veterans on the New York Giants have done this to him since he was drafted in the first round last year.

U-N-O Psychology Professor Jonathan Santo says he has seen the video and calls it gun-wrenching.  We asked him when does locker room fun cross the line into hazing or bullying ?  Santo says it appears the Giants are trying to initiate Amukamara into their team and that might be construed by some as hazing. "Even though this hazing is not pleasant, it is done with a goal. I don't think it is a good idea and I don't recommend it.  What they are doing is trying to create a sense of camaraderie within the group"

Santo says there is no question Amukamara is the victim in this case.  The former Husker has stated he hopes such treatment ends soon.
