Two women and five men were trapped inside the yacht after it upturned suddenly, they managed to escape onto the hull.
The incident unfolded so quickly that the crew were unable to call for help on their radio or release a distress flare.
The Mallaig Lifeboat Station was alerted to the incident by the activation of an emergency position-indicating radio beacon at 9.30pm on Wednesday night.
Footage released by the RNLI shows the sailors being rescued and brought back to the Mallaig lifeboat.
No one was injured in the incident.
