Lincoln, NE - She drove the getaway car while her boyfriend robbed the pharmacy--but her license was suspended and her six-month-old daughter was in the back seat.
Now 35-year-old Lorisa Bowland is in jail for being an accessory to a robbery, driving under suspension and child neglect.
Police say Bowland drove her boyfriend to the CVS Pharmacy in Lincoln Saturday afternoon at 3:50 p.m. He robbed the pharmacy and, according to police, "decided to ingest some of the robbery proceeds." He reportedly swallowed some Fentanyl patches and is being treated at the hospital.
Fentanyl is used to treat breakthrough pain (sudden episodes of pain that occur despite pain medication) in cancer patients.
His arrest is pending.
