Blair, NE - Two people are dead after crashing head-on in Washington County.
It happened around two Wednesday afternoon on Highway 133 near the town of Blair.
The Sheriff's office says witnesses told them the driver of a Jeep crossed the center lane and collided with a truck.
Both drivers died. There were no passengers.
Investigators are trying to figure out why the driver entered the other lane.
"We’re working with the state patrol and we're investigating, but the witnesses say they saw the blue vehicle, the Jeep Patriot, cross left of center striking the Avalanche,” said Captain Kevin Willis.
Investigators have not released the names of the people involved.
